What a way to finish a great year for the Street Dogs! Europe was so great to us and we had the best time. Thanks to everyone who came out and made it so fun. Also thanks to J for looking after us and keeping us out of prison, Jim for helping us out and being a great friend, and Tobbe, Gary, Jess, and Shannon for organizing the whole thing. Also thanks to Jurgen for not driving us off a cliff. We played with some great bands too and we'd like to thank The Dead Pets, Two Point Eight, and Frontkick for touring with us. We are looking forward to getting back in the spring. A great time had by all!!
Boston was insane, what a homecoming! Axis sold out and with great bands, The Good Fight, Nowhere USA, Lost City Angels, and Ducky Boys. Landsdowne didn't know what hit em. So many people travelled for the show and we had a blast with lots of friends and family. I want to thank Cara for saving our asses, driving us around, picking us up at the airport etc. etc. We couldn't have pulled it off without you, especially cuz of the whack airline lady in Amsterdam that nearly made me miss the show! Also, Dave and Josh saved the day helping us out. Check out some photos that were taken at www. mb-imaging.net. As always...... Boston MA is the best place on earth. The Cape was great too and for a good cause getting gifts to troops stationed overseas. Thanks to Hyannis, that bar went off!
So we are off for the holidays recovering. Then we will be writing like crazy for the 3rd record "Not Without A Purpose, Not Without a Fight". So far writing is going great and we can't wait to record. Maybe we can post samples, demos or studio updates. Hopefully we can do some shows late March too, we will keep you posted. There are lots of new merch items too that we will be posting in the coming week.
So we want to thank you all for making this such a memorable year for us.... Thank you! We wish you all a happy holiday and happy healthy new year. And to the troops overseas we wish the same and please get home safely, soundly, and soon.
